I am in-network with Carefirst and Cigna and will submit the bills directly to them. Copays are due on the day of the visit. You may also have a deductible or co-insurance, which will be billed after the claim is processed by your insurance company.

For insurance companies outside of Carefirst and Cigna, I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider, and you will have to pay the OON fee. If you have OON benefits, I can supply you with a superbill as requested, so you may submit for OON reimbursement with your insurance company.

I am unable to accept Medicaid and Medicare patients at this time.

Form fee: $100 an hour (pro-rated for required amount of time)

Out of network fees:

• Intake appointment (90 min): $375

• Follow up 30 minute, medication-focused appointment: $185

• Follow up 50 minute, psychotherapy-focused (with or without medication) appointment: $270
